Hello, I am glad you are here.
My name is Dayna Quezada, owner of Cozy Nook Counseling PLLC and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I specialize in providing treatment geared toward trauma such as but not limited to sexual assault, early childhood trauma, intimate partner violence, secondary traumatic stress, and community violence. I have years of experience with treating adults who are also mental health providers and those who are high functioning members of society.
All too often stigma stands in the way for many to seek mental health services. I strongly believe in providing others a space where they feel their unique experiences will be heard and they will be seen for the individual they are and for the struggles they may be facing. Success does not equal immunity to mental health struggles and I am here to provide support for navigating through those thought distortions.
